SHE Moves Plymouth to transform Kellogg Park into day of movement
SHE_____, a women-founded experiential wellness collective dedicated to fostering community through movement, meaningful experiences, and supporting women-owned businesses, is bringing its signature event, SHE Moves Plymouth, to Downtown Plymouth on Sunday, Aug. 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Following the success of its inaugural Detroit event, SHE Moves Plymouth marks the next chapter in SHE_____’s mission to create spaces where women can move their bodies, discover local businesses, build meaningful relationships, and invest in themselves.
Hosted throughout Kellogg Park and The Gathering Pavilion, SHE Moves Plymouth is a ticketed experience that blends wellness programming with a thoughtfully curated marketplace featuring local boutiques, artists, wellness brands, delicious food, interactive activations, and community partners.
Busy day planned
The day will begin with an energizing, beginner-friendly Pilates class led by BC Pilates, welcoming women of all fitness levels to participate in movement in the heart of Downtown Plymouth before exploring the marketplace and wellness experiences throughout the afternoon.

“SHE Moves is so much more than a workout or a shopping event. It’s about building community, supporting local businesses, and creating opportunities for women to connect in meaningful ways.”

As part of its commitment to supporting local entrepreneurship, SHE Moves Plymouth will feature a curated marketplace of women-owned and wellness-focused businesses from across the region.
Attendees will have the opportunity to shop locally, connect directly with business owners, and explore products and services centered around health, beauty, fashion, art, and lifestyle.
The event is expected to introduce hundreds of visitors to Downtown Plymouth, encouraging attendees to explore the city’s restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and small businesses before and after the event.
