PCEP Dance Team wins third straight National Championship

Members of the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park Dance Team display their National Championship rings after winning their third consecutive title this past weekend.

From the East Coast to the West, the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park Dance Team is the best — for the third year in a row.

Facing off against the elite high school dance teams throughout the United States, the P-CEP dancers continued their brilliance, outscoring their opponents at this past weekend’s Dance Team Union’s National Championships in Orlando, Fla.

The P-CEP Dance Team, which is made up of students from all three Park schools, won gold in the Medium Jazz competition.

All they do is win!

The P-CEP dancers also won the state title in addition to regional competitions.

The team performed its first-place routine during halftime of the Jan. 30 Canton-Plymouth boys basketball game, dazzling the crowd with its flawless synchronization and acrobatic moves that resembled something you would see at a Cirque du Soleil performance in Las Vegas.

Social House News will soon be posting an in-depth article on the hard work and dedication the team members put in leading up to the National Championship.
