You never know who you’ll run into at Michigan Comic Con in Novi

Carl Weathers, who portrayed Apollo Creed in the Rocky movies, will be on hand for this weekend’s Michigan Comic Con.

From Apollo Creed to Star Wars icon Boba Fett, you never know who you might run into this coming weekend inside Novi’s sprawling Suburban Collection Showplace.

That’s because Motor City Comic Con (MC3) — Michigan’s largest and longest-running comic book and pop culture convention since 1989 — returns for the second time this year.

The lineup will feature actors from television, movies, and the streaming industry, along with the most-creative artists, writers, and comic book creators in the industry.

Celebrity fest

Motor City Comic Con will take place Nov. 10-12 at the Suburban Collection Showplace located at 46100 Grand River Ave. in Novi.
