TEA FOR YOU: Cloud Boba opens inside Sakura Novi Plaza

Sakura Novi, Michigan’s pioneering Asian-inspired mixed-use development, is excited to announce that Cloud Boba is now open and serving guests.

Occupying a 1,300 square foot space within Sakura Novi Plaza at 42768 Grand River Ave., Cloud Boba offers a fresh take on the modern tea experience with handcrafted, made-to-order beverages inspired by both tradition and innovation.

“We are excited to officially join the Sakura Novi community as we welcome guests to Cloud Boba,” stated Jim Tran, Managing Partner of Cloud Boba.

“From the beginning, we believed in the vision behind Sakura and saw an opportunity to create something special for guests seeking high-quality, handcrafted beverages. Every drink we serve is made to order with a focus on freshness, creativity, and exceptional service.”

Blended mix of creativity, tradition

Founded on the belief that creativity and tradition can exist in the same cup, Cloud Boba specializes in premium milk teas, fruit teas, freshly brewed teas, smoothies, slushies, specialty coffees, and signature creations.

Their collection of beverages are inspired by Japanese Sakura culture, creating a distinctive experience that celebrates the spirit and aesthetic of Sakura Novi.

Every beverage at Cloud Boba is prepared to order, with teas brewed in small batches to ensure optimal freshness and flavor.

In addition to its current beverage lineup, Cloud Boba plans to expand its offerings in the coming months with grab-and-go teas and beverages, a curated dessert selection, and banh mi sandwiches.

To commemorate the store’s opening, Cloud Boba will host an official Grand Opening Celebration on Friday, July 10, 2026, featuring special promotions, giveaways, and prizes throughout the day.
