Tractor Supply Co. location in Plymouth Twp. takes step toward fruition
The Plymouth Township Planning Commission unanimously approved (with two conditions) a special land use application for a Tractor Supply Co. store to be constructed on Five Mile Road, west of Beck Road.
Construction of a 22,000-square-foot Tractor Supply Co. store on Five Mile Road in Plymouth Township drew one step closer to fruition at the Jan. 21 Plymouth Township Planning Commission meeting.
The six commissioners present voted unanimously to approve a special land use application for the store that is planned to be built on Five Mile Road between Beck and Ridge roads.
The application was approved with the following conditions: the approval of a site plan which addresses all planning, fire, and engineering requirements; and a full tree survey submitted with site plan.
