New Plymouth’s Brunch House offers classic benedicts to savory skillets

Opened Wednesday at 880 Fralick in downtown Plymouth, the Plymouth Brunch House’s menu is expansive and delicious.

Brunch fans in western Wayne County have never been happier thanks to the official opening March 19 of Plymouth’s Brunch House, a restaurant that “strives for perfection in every brunch dish we serve.”

Open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 880 Fralick in downtown Plymouth, the new business offers a robust and diverse menu that will please the palates of even the pickiest eaters.

“At Plymouth’s Brunch House, we are committed to serving mouthwatering brunch dishes that will leave you craving more,” Brunch House’s website states. “With our classic benedicts, skillets, and griddle greats on offer, we aim to be the go-to spot for brunch lovers in the Plymouth community.”

Most of the Brunch House’s extensive list of menu items run in the $9 to $12 range, so you can enjoy your meal without worrying about wallet shrinkage.

Tasty Benedicts

The menu is topped by nine Benedict options — from the Classic Benedict (English muffin topped with Canadian bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce) to the Veggie Benedict (grilled tomato, avocado, spinach, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce).

The eatery’s vast array of menu items includes six breakfast sandwiches, including a Breakfast Chicken Biscuit, whose ingredients include crispy fried chicken breast, egg and cheese sandwiched between a heavenly biscuit.

The four Brunch Classics include Avocado Toast (Avocado, tomato, bacon, eggs and goat cheese), a breakfast bowl (turkey bacon, ancient grain, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, spinach, cucumber, goat cheese and two hard-boiled eggs),

and a LobsterĀ  Omelette, which is — not surprisingly, given its name — is the most-expensive menu item at $16.

How about some Baked Blueberry Cheesecake French Toast?

The menu is rounded out by multiple coffees, beverages and “Griddle Greats”, which are topped by Baked Blueberry Cheesecake French Toast and Baked Cinnamon Swirl French Toast.

Again, if you’re a fan of brunch — and who isn’t, really? — Plymouth’s newest restaurant should be your next stop when you’re looking for a unique and pleasing place to dine during the morning and afternoon.

In addition to a dine-in option, Plymouth’s Brunch House also pick-up and delivery options.
