Here’s new vendors for opening-soon Canton Farmers Market

The Canton Farmers Market is set to open its regular season on Sunday, May 10, at Preservation Park, located at 500 N. Ridge Road in Canton.
The Market will be held rain or shine, most Sundays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., through October 11, except May 24, June 21, July 5, Aug. 30, and Sept. 27.
Market-goers will enjoy a unique shopping experience featuring a variety of fresh produce and local goods, plus kids’ crafts, live entertainment, special activities, and more.
‘Something for everyone’
“The Canton Farmers Market staff and vendors are excited to be starting the 2026 regular market season this spring, offering great local goods at our weekly Sunday markets, where there really is something for everyone,” said Canton Farmers Market Coordinator Elayna Dooley.
“Our markets, which are sponsored by Renewal by Andersen, remain a popular family destination where folks can access plenty of great merchandise, fresh food, live music, and special activities.”
Marketgoers will enjoy a unique shopping experience featuring a variety of local merchandise, kids’ produce club and activities, live entertainment, cooking demonstrations, special activities, and more.
Food trucks join rotation
In addition, a variety of food trucks will rotate throughout the season offering tasty lunch options. The Canton Farmers Market also supports food assistance programs, including SNAP, Double Up Food Bucks, and Senior Project FRESH.
New and returning produce vendors and farmers this season, include: BeGreen Microgreens — featuring microgreen and organic herbs; Kapolnek Farms, LLC — featuring USDA quality farm fresh beef; Nemeth Greenhouse and Farms — featuring fresh produce, and bedding plants; Pick MI Farms — featuring pasture-raised chicken eggs, fruits, and vegetables; Ramm Road Farms, LLC — featuring cultivated and wild-harvested mushrooms; and Red Roof Farm and Market — featuring hanging baskets, and vegetable plants.
Several more vendors are expected to participate throughout the spring and summer.
