The Peach Cobbler Factory bringing mouth-watering desserts to Canton

The Peach Cobbler Factory is a black-owned business that has grown from humble beginnings to fast-growing national franchise

If you live in western Wayne County and can’t get enough peach cobbler — and who can, right? — there’s good news right around the dessert corner.

Months after opening a franchise in downtown Detroit, the Peach Cobbler Factory — a Black-owned business founded in Nashville, Tennessee in 2013 by Tamira and Juan Edgerton — is opening a location at 7237 Canton Center Road (in the same complex as Little Caesars and The Great Wall).

Mouthwatering menu

The company offers a family style dessert shop with 12 flavors of old fashioned cobbler, three cinnamon rolls, five flavors of banana pudding, sweet peachy tea and cold brew coffee.

Entrance to The Peach Cobbler Factory in Canton, Michigan“Since the Peach Cobbler Factory started in 2013, our commitment has always been about producing a premium line of desserts,” its website states. “The Peach Cobbler Factory’s products are made the old-fashioned way, just like grandma used to make them.

“We have put our heart and soul into providing the best of the best products as well as maintaining the highest levels of customer service. We offer a large variety of premium cobblers, banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, shakes, and cookies.”

Grand Opening

SocialHouseNews.com has reached out to representatives of The Peach Cobbler Factory in search of an approximate opening date, but had not received a reply as of Dec. 9. By the looks of the remodeling of the business’s interior space, the opening is still a few months down the road.

Based on the images on its website, however, the opening will be well worth the wait.
