Owned by Westland resident Ning Hang, The Takeout Box is unique because it offers a diverse selection of Asian comfort food, including Thai, Chinese and Korean dishes.

Hang’s first TakeOut Box, which is located at 39958 Ford Road in Canton, has received rave online reviews — not only for its variety, but for the quality and deliciousness of the fare it serves.

The restaurant’s firecracker chicken is worth the visit alone, several reviewers reiterated.

The menu starts with a selection of modestly-price starters, including spring rolls, chicken satay and pork belly bao bun.

Among the Thai offerings are drunken noodle and Masaman (red curry).
