Registration opens for Canton’s annual Turkey Trot For Epilepsy
Registration is now open for Canton’s Annual Turkey Trot For A Cause, which is set for Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, beginning at 9 a.m.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan.
The in-person 5K event is a chip-timed run/walk that winds though Heritage Park and Pheasant Run Golf Club.
Calorie burner in advance of day’s big meal
All runners registered by Nov. 10 are guaranteed a Turkey Trot performance shirt.
Refreshments, raffles and run awards will be available.
The 1-mile race begins at 9 a.m. behind the Summit on the Park. The 5K race starts at 9:30 a.m. with the starting line in front of the Summit.
The cost for the 1-mile run is $30; the cost for the 5K is $35.
