During her time in Dearborn, Farkas served as the Bryant Middle School athletic director from 2013 to 2021.
Her athletic background is diverse as she served as the Dearborn Fordson varsity softball coach from 2011 to 2013 and the Fordson volleyball coach from 2007 to 2016.
Academic credentials
Farkas earned an associate degree in pre-education from Henry Ford Community College in December of 2000 and a bachelor of arts in elementary education from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in May of 2004.
