Just 14 seconds after the Times Square Ball dropped in New York City, metro Detroit’s first baby was delivered at the DMC Hutzel Women’s Hospital in Detroit.
Weighing in at 5 pounds, 2 ounces and measuring 18.5 inches tall, Ka’Von was born to proud Detroit parents Keshana Brooks and Raekwon Watkins.
