Local restaurant chain to donate proceeds to fallen officers’ families
The locally-owned restaurant chain 11/11 Crispy Chicken & Burgers, which specializes in chicken, burgers and a variety of other delicious meal options, will be donating 25% of its proceeds for the week Aug. 12-18 to the families of three recently fallen Michigan law enforcement officers.
During the week-long duration of the donation window, guests are encouraged to visit any local Crispy Chicken & Burger restaurants to help raise funds in honor of Oakland County Sheriff Deputy Bradley J. Reckling, Melvindale Police Officer Mohamed Said and Hillsdale County Deputy Bill Butler Jr.
The chains’ five metro-Detroit locations will also be an official collection point for anyone that would like to make additional monetary donations to support the families.
The five southeast-Michigan locations are located in Novi (39601 Grand River Ave.), Wixom (49078 W. Pontiac Trail), Roseville (18125 E. 10 Mile Rd.), Clio (4323 W. Vienna Rd.) and Waterford (7660 Highland Rd.).
