Here’s everything you need to know about Northville’s voting processes

Election Day is almost here and there are several ways to vote in Northville on or before August 6.
You may vote by absentee ballot, at an early voting polling place, or at your polling place on Election Day.
Important note: If you previously voted at Amerman School, you will now be voting at Hillside Middle School, 775 N. Center St.
Early voting is being held at the Novi Civic Center, 45175 W. 10 Mile Rd., and at Waterford Oaks Activity Center, 2800 Watkins Lake Rd., Waterford, through Sunday, Aug. 4 with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
On Saturday, Aug. 3, the City Clerk’s Office, 215 W. Main, will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for in-person voter registration and in-person absentee ballots.
Residency verification required
If you are registering to vote, residency verification must have your name and current Northville address. Digital copies are acceptable.
You can also pick up your own ballot at the City Clerk’s Office through 4 p.m. on Aug. 5. The photo ID requirement is in effect.
There is a drop box in front of City Hall, where you can deposit your completed absentee ballot, through 8 p.m. on August 6.

Precinct 1 (Wayne County voters): Northville Community Center, 303 W. Main St.
Precinct 2 (Oakland County voters): Hillside Middle School, 775 N. Center St. (note new location)
