GREAT NEWS, MATE! Outback drive-thru opening soon on Ford Road

The Aussie Grill by Outback features a drive-thru option.
Salivating for an Outback Steakhouse steak, but don’t have time for a full-course sit-down meal?
By the end of January 2024, even if you’re strapped for time, you’ll be able to have your steak and eat it, too, thanks to the Aussie Grill by Outback, a fast-casual restaurant that will serve its signature center cut sirloin in less than five minutes via its drive-thru located at 39707 Ford Road in Canton.
Michigan’s first Aussie Grill franchise is expected to open in mid-January near the intersection of Ford and Lotz roads.
The franchise’s catch-phrase is: “We’re not fast food … We’re fantastic food fast.”
Sprawling menu
The fast-casual restaurant’s extensive menu offers burgers, sliders, chicken, steak, salads, cheese fries, crispy cajun shrimp and much more.

The “sides” portion of the menu offers bloomin’ (onion) rings, but not the massive helping of bloomin’ onions offered at Outback’s sit-down establishments.
Its catering service offers individual boxed meals, platters and salads, and desserts and beverages.
‘Indulgent, rich’ food items
“Our menu was created to be memorable and addictive with indulgent, rich, yet bright and bold flavors that make taste buds come alive,” Aussie Grill’s menu promises. “Our executive chef’s curated menu has an unmatched variety and quality not seen in any other fast-casual restaurant with sandwiches, burgers and salads that are freshly prepared just for you!”
The first Aussie Grill opened in 2019 in Saudi Arabia, followed by Hong Kong and, most recently, in United States (in Tampa, Florida approximately one year ago).
