Canton’s Peach Cobbler Factory celebrates soft (and fuzzy) opening
Canton’s Peach Cobbler Factory will hold a soft opening Monday, Oct. 2, from 4-8 p.m.
Ever since renovations began in December of 2022 on the coming-soon Peach Cobbler Factory site at 7237 N. Canton Center Road in Canton, fans of the brand’s peach cobbler, banana pudding and cinnamon rolls have been waiting patiently to sink their teeth into the unique takeout restaurant’s offerings.
Well, that day has arrived.
Founded in Nashville, Tennessee in 2013, the Peach Cobbler Factory will be holding a soft opening for its second southeast-Michigan location Monday, Oct. 2, from 4-8 p.m.

A Peach Cobbler Factory site opened in Detroit in 2022.
The franchise is planning to expand its footprint dramatically in southeast Michigan in the coming months, with locations planned for Livonia, Birmingham, Ann Arbor, Novi and Royal Oak, among other communities.
Peach Cobbler Factory locations have expanded to 14 states since launching in 2013.
One-of-a-kind dessert shop
Featuring a one-of-a-kind menu, the company offers a family style dessert shop with 12 flavors of old fashioned cobbler, three cinnamon rolls, five flavors of banana pudding, sweet peachy tea and cold brew coffee, according to its website.
The Canton location is sandwiched between Little Caesars and The Great Wall in the Westbrook Plaza situated near the intersection of Canton Center and Warren roads.
