Watch the Academy Awards in style (and free) at local Emagine Theatres
Movie buffs, rejoice!
Emagine Theatres in Canton, Novi and Birmingham will be hosting a free showing of the 2025 Academy Awards Sunday, March 2 at 7 p.m.
Past attendees have dressed to the nines much like the movie-makers who walk the red carpet in Hollywood — but feel free to wear jeans and a T-shirt if that’s your preference.
Free tickets are available at the box office, but there is a four-ticket limit per person.

Here’s where to watch
The Canton Emagine Theatre is located at 39535 Ford Road.
The Novi Emagine is located at 44425 W. Twelve Mile Road.
The Birmingham Emagine is located at 211 S. Old Woodward.
The event will be hosted for the first time by Conan O’Brien.
